Attending a GreenWing gig is synonymous with belting singalong hooks, bouncing to infectiously driving rhythms, and taking in a chaotic stage show. After forming in 2021, the band began hand-delivering a steady stream of Certified Shit-Kickers to music-fans across Canada; opening for luminaries such as Three Days Grace, Sebastian Bach, Mom Jeans, Hollerado, Wheatus, Concrete Vehicles, Dirty Nil, Daniel Romano, The OBGMs and more. The tension and catharsis of their debut LP Late Bloomer quickly attracted attention: the strength of this release and follow-up single "Dark" resulted in GreenWing being crowned "Rock Artist of The Year" by Sask Music in 2023. Following the warm reception to their rousing sophomore LP “Eatin’ It”, the band captured the attention of radio listeners across the globe with high-octane singles "Sweet Caroline” and “All Hard Feelings”, peaking at #37 and #33 on Billboard’s Top 40 Mainstream Canadian Rock Charts respectively. Coming off the resulting eleven-week run of radio play in 2024 and 2025, GreenWing is gearing up for the release of a full-length album in mid 2027.
